Nothing rolls coal quite like it.
Yeah I know, old joke is old. At a train museum that has a lego exhibit on. Waiting to get in but should be pretty cool.

My favorite VW golf joke is still what I did to my friend’s TDI.

For crying out loud, can manufacturers stop making every freakin’ generation bigger! My 3-series is almost as big as an E39.

I was working on schaeffts e39 last week and it feels smaller than the current 3 series. Interior space is still better in the e39 though for sure.

It is a bit shorter, but the width and height makes you think it’s close.

And i think the styling of the e39 hides its size really well.

That’s a (the only survivor in fact) Class C1 freight locomotive, one of a series built between 1886 and 1894 and still in use until 1962. Not often you come across something still in use seventy odd years later.

Not sure if it sees regular use but it was outside so it was likely run recently. There was no information on display for it like the normal exhibits.

According to Wiki it was taken there for storage pending a new boiler, but that was years ago and hasn’t been updated.
